''Hi and welcome to what we believe is the only website for gay fans of the world's greatest football team, yes - Tottenham Hotspur F.C. - The Kings of White Hart Lane.
A bit of history - a number of us who work in the theatrical world don't, as much of the media would like to think, sit around after a gig talking about Judy Garland and the price of foundation ! We're far more likely to discuss Sven's latest squad or just why Glenn couldn't get it together at The Lane.
We found that many of us were keen football fans - and a large number followers of The Spurs. Most were armchair fans, but a few of us did take in as many live games as possible. So, one thing led to another and in 1997 a group of us began to travel home and away to cheer The Spurs on.
We were featured in one of The Spurs fanzines, and we have become firm friends with many Spurs fans, both gay and straight.The next step was to go into cyber space - and here we are!!
The idea behind this website is twofold ; to have a place where T.A.G. fans can discuss the latest goings on at The Lane, arrange ticketing and travel for away games etc , and on a more serious note to celebrate the fact that at long last, gay fans can openly support their team. This is primarily a Tottenham website, but we'd be more than happy to hear from other gay fans - even from that lot down the road!!
